Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, purchasing, and financial operations
• Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate and align cross-departmental business activities
• Ensure timely delivery and excellent service standards
• Supervise costing and procurement tailored to customer needs
• Monitor legal and environmental compliance, including stakeholder updates
• Implement and sustain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Lead business development and strategic partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and consistently close sales
• Recommend and execute efficiency improvements
   

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including staff supervision
• Strong leadership, initiative, and understanding of customs and logistics
• Willingness to travel and operate independently
