Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (hospitals, insurance providers).

• Support the expansion of insurance-related services through collaboration with both existing and new partners.

• Handle both client follow-up activities and new business development initiatives.

• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

• Serve as a liaison in communication with high-level representatives from the Ministry of Health and medical institutions.

• Provide consulting services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the partnership cycle.

   

Job Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher is required (especially for verbal communication in medical contexts).

• At least 4 – 5 years of sales experience is required; or more is preferred, particularly in the medical industry.

• Strong skills in communication, reporting, and client consulting.

• Confident, mentally resilient, and not easily intimidated in high-pressure situations.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently over time.

• Able to communicate effectively with senior-level officials in government and healthcare.

• Demonstrates integrity and openness in communication; willing to learn and improve continuously.

• English proficiency is a plus.
