プロジェクト管理/Project Management/6million and above

通信プロジェクトの全体的なプロジェクト管理を担当し、
プロジェクトの目的、範囲を定義し、計画、スケジュール、予算、リソース配分を策定する。
プロジェクト管理手法とベストプラクティスへの準拠を確保する。
プロジェクトの進捗を追跡し、主要なパフォーマンス指標（KPI）を監視し、ステークホルダーに定期的な進捗報告を行う。
プロジェクト関連のコミュニケーションにおけるSPOC（単一連絡窓口）として機能し、プロジェクトチーム、ビジネスステークホルダー、外部ベンダーを含むすべてのステークホルダーと日本語および英語で協業する
定期的なプロジェクト会議を実施し、会議のアジェンダと議事録を作成し、アクションアイテムのフォローアップを行う。
プロジェクトリスクを特定し評価し、リスク軽減計画を策定し、リスク軽減戦略を実施し、必要に応じて重要な問題を楽天の管理層にエスカレーションする。
チームメンバーが定義されたQAプロセスに従い、プロジェクトが品質基準と要件を満たすことを確認する

• Manage end to end project management of telecommunication project,
• Define project objectives, project scope, create plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• SPOC for project-related communications and collaborate with all stakeholders (project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors) in both Japanese and English
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify, assess project risks and develop mitigation plan and implement risk mitigation strategies and if required escalate critical issues to Rakuten management as needed.
• Ensure that team members adhere to defined QA process and the project meets quality standards and requirements

モバイルネットワーク、RAN Commander（自動化された5Gモバイルネットワーク計画と最適化のためのソリューション）での勤務経験
5G/4Gネットワークでの勤務経験。
RAN DesignerとRAN Optimizerなどのツールの理解:
プロジェクト管理: プロジェクト計画、実行、監視、制御の強いスキル。分析力と問題解決能力に優れる
文化適応力: 異文化環境で効果的に働く能力を証明できること。
優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語。
プロジェクト管理ソフトウェア（例: Jira、MS Project、Asana）の使用に精通していること。
言語要件: ネイティブレベルの日本語（N）とビジネスレベルの英語が必須。

• Experience working in mobile network, RAN Commander, which is a solution developed for automated 5G mobile network planning and optimization
• Working experience in 5G/4G network.
• Understanding the tools like RAN Designer and RAN Optimizer:
• Project Management: Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Native Level Japanese and business level English.
• Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

Japanese languages: Native level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
