• アプリケーション開発および/またはデリバリー経験
• オフショア/オンショアデリバリーモデルに関する経験
• 構造化された方法で、誰もが理解しやすく利用しやすいドキュメント作成スキル
• Core project management skills; progress management, action and issue management, risk management, time and quality management,
• Application development and/or delivery experience
• Experience with Off-shore / On-shore delivery model
• Documentation creation skills in structured way for everyone to easier to understand and use

認定機関から授与された学士号または同等の資格が必要です。教育年数に代わるものとして、専門分野での3年間の段階的な経験も考慮します。
情報技術分野での10年以上の経験。
日本国籍者および日本での就労が認められている方は応募を歓迎します。現在、ビザのスポンサーシップは行っておりません。
Java開発とメンテナンスにおける6年以上の経験。日本語の読み書きと会話（ネイティブまたはネイティブ同等レベル – N2またはN1レベルが必須）。ビジネス英語が必須

推奨資格

Springbootにおける3年以上の経験。レガシー現代化プログラムの経験はプラスとなります。
金融サービス業界での10年以上の経験（製造分野が望ましい）。  
優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力  
ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの経験  
多様なステークホルダー環境でのチームワーク能力  
グローバルデリバリー環境での経験と意欲。  
日本語：N1レベルの流暢な日本語とビジネスレベルの英語が必須です。

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• At least 6 years of experience in Java development and maintenance. Written and spoken Japanese (native or near-native level – N2 or N1 level is required). Business English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Springboot. Experience in Legacy Modernization programs is a positive.
• At least 10 years of experience in Financial Services Background - preferably Manufacture domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Japanese languages: Fluent level Japanese (N1) and business level English required.
