• Lead a team of three technical sales representatives; drive sales results for bioprocess-related products
• Manage team performance and support individual members in reaching their goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor information, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies for business growth

• Experience managing a sales team
• Sales, technical sales or sales engineer experience in B2B industry
• Background in life science, biotech, healthcare, chemicals, semiconductors, electronics or relevant industries preferred
