• Accurate calculation and processing of monthly payroll
• Support year-end tax adjustments and payment record preparation
• Review and process invoices and journal entries
• Manage petty cash and monthly account closings
• Assist in trial balance preparation and property tax return filings

必須条件経験・知識：

• 会計や給与計算の実務経験3年以上
• 日商簿記2級以上

• 丁寧で正確な作業ができる方
• チームで協力しながらも、自律的に動ける方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語： 初級レベル（読み書きできれば尚可）

• 経理の実務経験歓迎
• 再生可能エネルギー業界や環境関連企業での勤務経験
• 経理や財務オペレーションの広範な知識

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial operations
• Proven track record managing payroll cycles and related reporting

• Level 2 Japanese Bookkeeping Certification (日商簿記2級)
• Hands-on knowledge of journal entries and financial reconciliation

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to support others

• Japanese: Native or bilingual
• English: Basic level

• Experience working in energy, renewables, or a mission-driven company
• Comfortable managing general financial operations beyond payroll
