Responsibilities

• Lead the overall QA strategy for AI SaaS products
• Design and execute functional tests for AI Chat, Meeting Notes, and AI Agents
  Evaluate prompt quality and ensure consistency and accuracy of AI responses
• Drive test automation and standardize QA infrastructure
• Collaborate with SRE and development teams to resolve quality issues
• Foster a culture of quality across the engineering organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA engineer
• Proven experience in test design and automation
• Experience building and maintaining test infrastructure
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese for business communication

Preferred skills 

• QA experience with large-scale or high-traffic services
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
• Experience building QA infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
