Event Specialist - Luxury

As a Consumer Event Specialist in the cosmetics industry, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in event management, a creative mindset, and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

• Create detailed 3D images of the proposed plans for validation by the headquarters.
• Oversee the execution of retail events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate all 360° marketing materials.
• Work with the creative team to develop and produce promotional materials, including brochures, banners, digital content, and more.
• Oversee the coordination and deployment of direct retail activity devices such as engraving machines, FR/MUP APP, consultation tablets, etc.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on the proper use of these devices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management and design software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Sketch up 3D software).
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.
• Language: Native level Japanese, English communication skills a plus.
