トレジャリー、トレードファイナンス、為替（FX）など多彩なラインナップから日系大手やグローバル企業向けにカスタマイズ・ソリューションを提供します。

• 新規顧客を開拓・獲得し、トレジャリー、トレードファイナンス、FXソリューションの収益拡大に貢献すること
• シニア・リレーションシップアドバイザーとして、日系大手や多国籍企業との信頼関係の構築
• 顧客ニーズに合わせたプロポーザル、ピッチ資料の作成、RFP対応の主導
• プロダクト間のクロスセルの推進
• 法人営業・商品部門・グローバルチームなどと連携し、ソリューションのデリバリーをフォローすること
• ポストディール・インプリメンテーションの調整など、顧客満足度を確保すること
• ポートフォリオの収益性の管理、リスク案件のエスカレーションやエグジット判断を行うこと
  

Join a globally recognized corporate and investment bank as a Senior Relationship Manager covering Japanese financial institutions. In this strategic role, you'll originate cross-border financial solutions, build long-term partnerships with leading FIs and NBFIs, and collaborate with global teams to drive client success. • Manage and grow senior-level relationships with Japanese banks, insurers, and securities firms
• Originate and execute cross-product solutions across lending, markets, capital markets, and transaction banking
• Coordinate with global credit, product, and investment banking teams to deliver integrated client strategies
• Maintain high standards of risk management, compliance, and governance across all deal processes
• Contribute to the FIG strategy in Japan and mentor junior team members

必須条件 経験・資格：：

• 外銀・メガバンクや地銀でのキャッシュマネジメント、トレードファイナンス、またはトランザクションバンキング営業経験（7〜10年目安）
• グローバル企業向けの複雑なトレジャリーやトレードファイナンス案件をマネージした実績
• コーポレートトレジャリーの専門知識
• ソリューション営業における戦略的提案力

• 優れたプレゼンテーション能力と対顧客対応スキル
• 営業に対する意欲、ビジネスセンス
• チームプレイヤー

• 英語：上級ビジネス（必須）

Experience:

• 15+ years of front-office experience in FIG coverage or institutional relationship management
• Demonstrated success in originating and executing cross-border transactions for Japanese FIs/NBFIs
• Deep product knowledge across lending, capital markets, treasury, and transaction banking
• Strong credit risk analysis capabilities and familiarity with international regulatory frameworks

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Proven team player with mentoring capabilities and collaborative mindset

• Japanese: Native
• English: Fluent business-level

• Prior experience as a FIG banker at a global financial institution
• Exposure to both domestic and global client coverage strategies
