• FXのトレードキャプチャ、ライフサイクル管理など、FXトレーディングデスクのサポート業務
• トレードの不一致やブレイクのモニタリング・早期解決

• リスクおよび損益（P&L）レポートの管理、必要に応じたエスカレーション
• 内部統制の強化や業務プロセス改善の支援
• 日次のトレード照合やEOD処理（エンド・オブ・デイ）業務への参加
  

A leading global investment bank is seeking a motivated FX Middle Office Associate to join its Tokyo team. In this operations-focused role, you will support the FX trading desk by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and control of trade lifecycle management. • Act as a key support for the FX trading desk, ensuring accurate trade capture and full lifecycle management
• Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks promptly
• Liaise with internal teams-front office, settlements, confirmations, and finance-to ensure smooth processing
• Maintain oversight of daily risk and P&L reports; escalate issues where required
• Assist in implementing and enhancing internal controls and process improvements
• Participate in daily trade reconciliations and end-of-day reporting

必須条件 経験・知識：

• 投資銀行での実務経験
• FX商品（スポット＆デリバティブ）の知識
• Excel上級

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（日英）
• 細部への注意力
• 積極的に課題解決に臨む姿勢

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 投資銀行のオペレーション部門での実務経験があれば尚可
• Murex、Bloomberg、MarkitWireなどのトレーディング/決済システムの使用経験

• 1-3 years in investment banking, preferably within Operations
• Solid understanding of FX products including spot and derivatives

• Strong Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with trading/settlement systems (e.g. Murex, Bloomberg, MarkitWire) is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Exposure to global FX trading environments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
