Overview: Our client is an IT Consult company, providing service to customer such as System Integration, SaaS, System Support, etc.
Description
Act as a consultant on product implementation, system integration, enhancement and other assigned projects
Regularly perform duties at client locations
Perform onsite installation and testing
Analyze customer requirements and application objectives, and contribute to the design of solutions that align with customer needs
Evaluate project timelines, resource allocation, and skill requirements and support the planning and development of the project
Conduct regular client meeting to track project progress, support ongoing forecast adjustments, and generate weekly status reports
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
Lead a workshop to define integration development requirements
Support the development of all required integration programs
- Create a functional specification document outlining all integration-related functional requirement and create a technical specification document that defines all technical requirements for the integration programing
- Act as pre-sales and post-sales technical support when required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related
- 3+ years in IT project implementation for enterprise business solution
- 1+ year in CRM/ERP/ EAM project implementation experiences as functional consultant or BA
Strong communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers
