Position: Production Manager
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB/Month
Location: Prachinburi
Responsibilities:
- Management of 5 departments (Surface Treatment Team, Manufacturing Team, Quality Control Team), totaling approximately 100 employees
- Personnel management based on production management plans, overseeing production, ensuring production meets plans, and implementing improvements
- ISO management, handling and management of ISO-related documents
- Response to issues related to electrical equipment
- Experience in the automotive parts-related industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of IATF16949
- Experience in electrical and facilities-related fields
- Experience worked at metal products
Qualifications:
- Over 5 yrs Experience in manufacturing industry as production manager
- Strong leadership skills
- ISO9001 knowledge
- Document creation (Office software) skill
