Senior Marketing Manager – Financial Products (Hybrid working)

Salary Range : 65,000-75,000 (Basic Salary) + Fixed allowance + Good benefits

Location: Bangkok (near BTS)

Job Description:

• Lead branding campaigns and coordinate with agencies and internal teams.
• Track and evaluate media performance metrics.
• Prepare internal documentation (e.g., agreements), manage proposals, and coordinate team meetings through to campaign launch.
• Ensure timely follow-up on plans and support content development.
• Review and approve all upcoming campaigns, including those from HQ, Japan, and international sources, prior to release.
• Address issuer inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and provide content support.
• Present proposals to senior management and oversee team coordination until campaign rollout.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing roles.
• Background in financial services (e.g., banking, payment solutions, insurance, or investment).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Fluent in English, confident in meetings and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Skilled in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented team player.
