Job Title: Sales Executive

Business: Relocation and immigration services

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 THB of salary with high commission 

Location: BKK City, BTS green line

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals in regards to relocation, immigration and visa services solutions, additional nationality, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up leads to generating sales opportunities and closing deals

• Set up meetings with potential clients who are high net worth individuals and listen to their wishes regarding immigration. 

• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

• Participate in exhibitions or conferences.

• Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Understand and analyze business trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Degrees in Business related. 

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

• Proficiency in English and Thai.

• Comfortable in meeting high net worth individuals

• Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 

• Fast learner and passion for sales.
