Position: IT SAP SUPPORT (Chinese speaking)

Responsibilities:

• MES System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

• EWM System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system.

• SAP System Troubleshooting: Provide problem resolution and support for various SAP system issues.

• EAM System Management: Manage, maintain data, and troubleshoot issues within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

• System Architecture & Module Maintenance Project Management: Oversee the overall management of projects related to system architecture and module maintenance.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the underlying logic and data structure of MES systems and advanced proficiency in MES operations.

• Solid grasp of the logic and data maintenance of EWM systems and advanced proficiency in EWM operations.

• Familiarity with the processes of other SAP modules (e.g., PP, QTC, MDG, MM, K2, SRM, EDI) and proficient in using key SAP T-codes.

• Proficient in EAM system operations and knowledgeable in system data maintenance.
