Position:   Senior SMT Production

Salary:       60,000 – 70,000 THB/Month

Location:   Bangpoo, Samut Prakan

Responsibilities:

• Develop, set up, and optimize SMT processes for line expansion and new model

• Lead SMT line expansion and new equipment installation

• Lead yield improvement and defect reduction through program & process optimization

• Provide technical support and solve process issues across SMT steps (PCB Loader → Solder Paste Printer → SPI → Pick & Place → Reflow → AOI → Unloader)

• Analyze customer feedback and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Implement and manage traceability systems (barcode, MES), linked SPI → Placement → Reflow → AOI data for complete traceability

• Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and spare parts management

   

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of SMT process experience
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, 8D reporting, PPAP, control plan, and traceability requirements is highly preferred
• Good English skills in reading, writing, and basic speaking
• Able to prepare technical reports (8D, RCA) in English
• Able to communicate in English with customers or suppliers when required
