Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to foster a strong quality culture and define relevant quality policies

• Build a specialized knowledge base aligned with departmental functions and business operations

• Create and maintain training materials to support operational excellence

• Identify risks, analyze requirements, and implement or improve related systems effectively

• Plan and review each management system regularly to ensure alignment and compliance

• Continuously enhance quality assurance processes across all stages per group standards

• Deploy essential quality tools and techniques in line with company requirements

• Drive product quality improvements to reduce losses and meet customer expectations

• Organize and monitor supplier quality initiatives, providing constructive feedback

• Strengthen SQE/SQA/IQC capabilities at overseas sites through coaching and guidance

• Implement systems for monitoring process changes and recommending corrective actions

• Lead root cause analyses for critical quality issues collaboratively.
