PR/117529 | Japanese Speaking SHE Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company's safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Propose plans and projects to the Safety and Environment Committees, including various safety campaigns.
• Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement the Emergency Response plan in accordance with Thai labor laws.
• Investigate and analyze the causes of hazards, illnesses, and community complaints.
• Perform internal audits for ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and environmental audits.
• Ensure occupational health and safety operations comply with legal requirements.
• Work collaboratively to solve problems and achieve goals.
• Prepare monthly safety and environment reports for submission to KC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.

   

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. And being proficient in Japanese is an advantage
• Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in safety and environmental management in a factory setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work with a talented team.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Familiarity with laws, rules, and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
