Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00

Qualifications

• Aged between 35–40 years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Over 5 years of experience in sales across any industry

• Proven track record in generating 100% new customer acquisition (sales hunting)

• Fluent in English at a business level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Capable of working under deadline pressure and consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs

• Highly motivated and passionate about sales with a strong drive to succeed

• Skilled in team management and task coordination

• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities

• Demonstrates leadership and the ability to mentor and guide team members

   

   

Job Description

• Sales Hunter: 100% Focus on New Client Acquisition

• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve collective goals while fostering positive relationships with existing clients and identifying industry trends to uncover new business opportunities

• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, including any changes or challenges that could impact targets

• Promote a collaborative team environment and inspire team members to achieve both individual and team goals

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to explore and secure new sales opportunities

• Review, validate, and approve team documentation
