PR/116128 | Business Analyst (Senior to Lead Level)

Assess business processes, forecast requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze solutions to draft document.

Execute requirements analysis.

Lead continuous reviews of business processes and formulate optimization strategies.

Collect essential information from stakeholder meetings and generate insightful reports.

Ensure that solutions fulfill business needs and requirements

Prioritize initiatives according to business needs and requirements.

Conduct user acceptance testing.

Oversee deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.

Stay informed on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product/Process Management, or IT Solution Design.

Experience in a System Analyst role for 1-2 years will be advantageous.

Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of successful project execution.

Initiative and drive to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Knowledge of the shipping industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Intermediate to Advanced level in English.
