Japanese HR Consultancy looking for Junior Consultant who is keen on Human Development, Organizational Transformation, HR Evaluation system.
Job Responsibilities
-Project and Operation Support to ensure that project will be delivered smoothly
-Sales activities for Japanese companies, Japanese clients
-Preparation related materials for the project
Job Requirements
-Strong interest to Human Development, Organizational Transformation, HR Evaluation system.
-Good at researching, analyzing and reporting.
-Strong in Communication and positive mind-set.
-Willing to learn, Proactive, Initiative, independent thinker
-Japanese language will be big advantage to liaise with Japanese clients (JLPT N3 or more)
-Internship experience at Consulting Firm will be advantage too.
