【主な業務内容】

• 月次・四半期・年次の財務諸表の作成（社内向け）

• 標準原価の正確性確認と実績差異の分析、是正提案

• 他ファイナンシャルアナリストとの協働による経営へのインサイト提供

• P/L、在庫、キャッシュフロー、運転資本などのローリング予測の支援

• 戦略判断に資するアドホックな財務分析・試算業務

• OneStream、Spotfire等のツールを使った高度な分析

• クロスファンクショナルなチームと連携し、財務面からビジネスを支援

• 財務リスクの特定・予防策の実行

• SOX法など内部統制の遵守

• 財務プロセスの自動化・効率化推進

• Salary: Up to ¥8,000,000 annually (based on experience)

• Languages: Business-level English and Japanese

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal reporting

• Monitor standard cost accuracy, analyze variances, and recommend actions

• Partner with analysts to assess results and support business decisions

• Contribute to rolling forecasts (P&L, inventory, cash flow, working capital)

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic planning

• Collaborate as a trusted financial business partner across departments

• Use tools like OneStream and Spotfire for data-driven insights

• Identify and proactively mitigate financial risks

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations

• Lead initiatives to automate and improve financial processes

【応募資格】

必須条件：

• 会計・経営関連の学士号（Accounting / Economics / Business等）

• 会計・経営管理業務経験：5年以上

• 製造業における標準原価管理経験（SAP使用経験があると尚可）

• US GAAP / J-GAAPの知識

• 日本の会計・法制度への理解

• 日商簿記2級レベルの知識

• Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの操作スキル

• 強い分析・問題解決スキル、協調性、改善マインド

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

Experience:

• 5+ years in accounting or business administration

• Standard costing experience in manufacturing, ideally with SAP

• Understanding of US GAAP and J-GAAP

• Familiarity with Japanese fiscal and legal compliance

Skills & Tools:

• SAP (strongly preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 (日商簿記2級)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Collaborative, proactive, and improvement-minded
