主な業務内容

• 月次・年次決算処理（税金計上、資産・負債計上、高度な財務分析含む）の主導
• 6〜10名のチーム（管理職含む）のマネジメント、育成、評価
• 勘定科目の照合・監査対応、財務レポートの作成
• グローバル財務チームとの連携による会計・税務の課題解決
• SOX法・税務法令の遵守、内部統制の徹底
• 法改正や新ルールに応じた社内ポリシーやプロセスの更新
• I-Starなどの決済システム利用や内部監査の支援業務

A global e-commerce leader is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with both US and Japan GAAP, and lead a team of accounting professionals. You'll be at the forefront of managing financial reporting, tax compliance, and SOX controls, while working closely with global finance teams and helping shape internal policies in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Lead monthly and annual financial closings, tax calculations, and reporting

• Manage a team of 6-10 staff, including performance coaching and training

• Conduct account reconciliations and prepare key financial statements

• Collaborate with global teams to address cross-border accounting/tax matters

• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance, internal controls, and regulatory standards

• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting

• Develop and update internal accounting policies and procedures

必須条件経験・知識：

• 会計・税務経験10年以上
• うち、5名以上のチームのマネジメント経験3年以上
• USGAAP、JGAAP、日本の税務・SOX対応の専門知識
• SAP FI/COの使用経験
• 財務報告書作成能力

• 引当金、繰延税金資産、経過勘定の処理経験

• 部下の指導育成・マネジメントスキル
• 細部まで注意が行き届き、仕事が正確な方
• 誠実で責任感がある方
• 国際的かつダイナミックなビジネス環境に対応できる柔軟性
• 問題解決能力
  

• 日本語： 流暢
• 英語： ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• US CPAなどの会計資格保有者優遇
• SOX体制の構築や会計方針の策定経験

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax

• 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more

• Strong background in US GAAP, Japan GAAP, and tax compliance

• Proficient in SAP FI/CO, with strong reporting and reconciliation abilities

• Experience with deferred tax, reserves, and financial accruals

• Detail-oriented, with high integrity and accountability

• Strong leadership with a proactive and adaptable mindset

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Business-level (written and verbal)

• US CPA or equivalent certification

• Experience building or optimizing SOX controls and accounting frameworks

• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff across functional areas
