Working conditions: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 

Job Description:

Our client, a large and reputable organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and efficiency of their operations, focusing on planning, strategy, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget and monitor organizational performance.

• Analyze financial statements to provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.

Cost Management:

• Oversee and control operational costs.

• Plan and manage cash flow to ensure financial liquidity.

Accounting Management:

• Supervise and review accounting processes, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Tax Management:

• Plan and oversee tax payments, ensuring compliance with government tax regulations.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

• Advanced skills in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
