Staff/Sr. Staff (SMT Process engineer)  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science in related fields.
• Have experience at least 2 years in PCB assembly background.
• Knowledge and understanding about PCB production process.
• Skill: SMT process technology and can improve SMT and AOI programs through productivity enhancement activities.
• Able to make soldering technology and IPC-A-610 appearance standard judgments
• Able to divide production processes based on PCB drawings and BOM, and create work instructions and procedures for the production processes.
• Good English is have TOEIC 440 score up would be advantage.
• Have experience in Mounting machine Panasonic brand is plus.

Responsibilities

• Production preparation for new projects (Assembly) / Work instruction creation
• Mass production support and maintenance for PCBs (Assembly)  
• Jig design
• SEQCD improvements (Quality enhancement and operation rate improvement)  
• Development and maintenance of electrical DX (Digital Transformation) systems ex Autonomous Line Control – ex Panasonic NPM-DX 3, Smart Inspection, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Dashboard, Remote Monitoring.
• Development and maintenance of electrical automation equipment
• Technical collaboration and support with external EMS providers
