Description

• This role is part of the Global Markets and Operations team for the broker dealer entity.
• Recording and allocating trades for the broker-dealer entity involving both domestic and international markets on behalf of Japanese clients and counterparties.
• Verifying client and broker confirmations against front office records and resolving any mismatches.
• Coordinating with local and international settlement teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement processes.
• Collaborating closely with front office teams in Japan and APAC region, as well as with clients, to support the rollout of new business initiatives.
• Maintaining the accuracy of regulatory disclosures and official ledgers, including updates to Prop/Agency indicators and other JSDA-related filings.

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years' operations experience in the financial services industry
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Solid knowledge on regulatory and risk-related matters
• Strong ability to manage time and organize tasks by importance
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, and fundamental formulas)

Nice to have:
