We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations in our jewelry production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the production process from raw material to finished jewelry pieces, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and manage detailed production plans and schedules to meet delivery deadlines and sales forecasts.

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and manage all stages of jewelry production, including casting, setting, polishing, assembly, quality control, and finishing.

• Efficiency & Productivity: Identify and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maximize output without compromising quality.

• Quality Control: Ensure all jewelry products meet strict quality standards, specifications, and design integrity. Oversee quality checks at various stages of production.

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of jewelry artisans, technicians, and production staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor and manage raw material inventory (precious metals, gemstones, etc.), tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper usage.

• Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all production machinery and tools.

• Budget Management: Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the production facility.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular production reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights for continuous improvement to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Gemology, or a related field.

• 10 years working experiences in a Production Management or a similar leadership role within the jewelry manufacturing industry is essential.

• Strong knowledge of jewelry production processes, techniques (e.g., casting, stone setting, polishing, plating), and materials (precious metals, gemstones).

• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency, manage complex workflows, and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience with quality management systems relevant to luxury goods or precision manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship.

• Proficiency in English communication
