• トレーダーのサポート（貸株、TRS、FX、先物・フォワード取引などの執行支援）
• 毎日の純業務利益（NBI）分析の補佐
• 日本株の貸借業務全般（ショートカバー、インターバンク市場でのディーラー業務を含む）
• トレーダーや営業部門と連携し、TRSやアセットスイッチを活用した配当利回り改善ソリューションを提供すること
• ミドル・バックオフィスと連携し、担保管理、決済や日本株のコーポレートアクション関連のリスク対策に取り組むこと
• 必要に応じてコンプライアンス・法務やリージョン＆各部署のサポートチームを支援すること

A leading European financial services firm is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Trader to support equity trading operations in Tokyo. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates currently based in Japan with a valid work visa, looking to gain hands-on experience in equity-based products within a dynamic global trading floor. You will work closely with traders and sales teams while engaging across front, middle, and back-office functions.

• Support traders in executing linear equity products such as securities lending, TRS, FX, futures, and forwards
• Assist with daily Net Business Income (NBI) analysis to help achieve revenue targets
• Manage Japanese equity stock lending/borrowing, including short covering and interbank transactions
• Deliver dividend yield enhancement solutions in collaboration with traders and sales through TRS and asset switch structures
• Coordinate with middle- and back-office teams to manage collateral, avoid settlement failures, and address corporate action risks
• Act as a key business partner by monitoring resource usage and communicating across compliance, legal, and support functions

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 日本証券業協会/JSDAの外務員一種及び二種（現物・デリバティブ両方をカバー）
• 日本株の知識
• 日本株のトレーディングから決済（オンショア、オフショア）までのプロセスやフローに関する知識
• クオンツや定量的な素養、ポジションや取引の流れを素早く理解できる方
• トレーディングブックをしっかり理解し、差異や矛盾を的確に把握できること
• トレーディング、決済業務、または金融オペレーション経験 1〜3年

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in equity trading, settlement, or financial operations
• Strong familiarity with Japanese equities and trading/settlement processes (onshore and offshore)

Licensing:

• JSDA license for both cash and derivative products

Soft Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to identify discrepancies and manage complex trading books
• Team player with integrity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

• Japanese: Business-level or above
• English: Business-level proficiency
