• ファンドの出金・送金処理、リバース処理やエラー案件の対応
• 入金処理の照合や不一致データの解消
• 規制に準拠した預かり金管理、国内外の送金確認と残高の照合
• 信託銀行とのやり取りによる資金分別・担保管理、契約更新対応
• すべての業務を正確・迅速に行うこと
• 内部・外部監査対応および業務フロー改善・コンプライアンス強化への貢献
  

Join a fast-growing online brokerage firm as a Payment Operations Specialist and play a critical role in managing global cash movements and fund operations. You will be part of the core operations team responsible for multi-currency payments, reconciliations, compliance, and audit support, all within a fast-paced and detail-driven environment.

• Coordinate daily fund withdrawals, payment processing, and handle reversals or exception cases

• Monitor and ensure compliance with deposit regulations; verify balances and in-house/overseas fund transfers

• Reconcile quick deposits, resolve missing data issues, and ensure timely and accurate transaction execution

• Liaise with Trust Banks for fund segregation, collateral processes, renewals, and contract management

• Support internal and external audits, and contribute to compliance and operational process improvements

必須条件

経験・知識：

• 金融機関（銀行、証券会社、ブローカー等）での実務経験4〜5年
• 金融系のコンサルティング経験者も応相談
• 日本証券業協会（JSDA）外務員一種・二種資格
• JSDA内部管理責任者資格
• エクセル中上級

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（メール・ドキュメント対応）

Experience:

• 4-5 years of work experience, ideally in financial institutions, securities, brokerage, or consulting firms

• Experience in operations, especially payments processing and fund segregation

Certifications:

• JSDA Sales Representative Level 1 and 2

• JSDA Internal Controls certification

Language Proficiency:

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Understanding of fund operations, reconciliation, and multi-currency transaction workflows

• Adaptable, quick learner able to thrive in a globally diverse team environment

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools
