• Designed and implemented efficient data pipelines (ETL) to integrate data from diverse sources into Snowflake and SQL Server databases.
• Analyze and understand existing legacy systems and build processes that utilize new technologies.
• Designed and implemented data model changes in compliance with Data Warehouse standards.
• Design and implement backfill and other data warehouse management processes.  
• Develop and execute a testing strategy to ensure high quality data warehouse data.  
• Provides documentation, training, and consulting for data warehouse users.  
• Strong data and BI awareness to handle multiple priorities.  
• Provide input and feedback to assist in process improvement.

Job requirements: 

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing fully functional solutions on top of SQL Server/Snowflake or Cloud Data Warehouse.  
• Ability to read and write in English and Japanese.  
• Extensive experience with SQL (8+ years) is a must.  
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in building frameworks using Python.  
• Extensive experience with programming scripting and data science languages ​​such as PowerShell, R, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience in building conceptual, logical and physical data models in enterprise relational and dimensional databases.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and BI concepts.  
• Knowledge of big data concepts relating to organizing structured and unstructured data is a big plus.  
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required, Master's degree preferred  
• Databases – Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Data Bricks
• Data Integration/Programming Languages ​​- Python, Java, C#, SQL, Stored Procedures  
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools  
• Orchestration – Apache Airflow, Autosys, Tidal  

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing a fully operational solution on SQL Server / Snowflake or any cloud Data Warehouse.
• Writing and reading fluency in English and Japanese.
• Extensive experience (8 + years) in SQL is a must.
• Extensive experience (5 + years) in building frameworks using python.
• Strong experience with programming scripting and data science languages ​​such as PowerShell, R, SQL, Javascript etc.
• Experience in building data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical for enterprise Relational, and dimensional Databases.
• Strong understanding of Data warehouse and BI concepts.
• Working knowledge of Big Data concepts in organizing both structured and unstructured data is a big plus.
