責任範囲

• 製造財務機能/リード領域のグローバル標準プロセス設計を支えるITソリューションをリードし、統合を含むあらゆる統合を管理します。
• 製造会計領域のビジネス能力要件にシステム設計を適合させ、ベストプラクティスを採用する責任を負います。
• ビジネスプロセスチームと密接に連携し、S/4HANAのベストプラクティスとSAP標準機能との整合性を確保します。
• 必要に応じて、製造財務プロセス領域を内部・外部の上級フォーラムで代表し、戦略的方向性の設定を支援し、ソリューション/技術機会を提案します。
• データチームを支援し、アプリケーションランドスケープ全体でグローバル設計をサポートするデータオブジェクトの定義/移行/作成を成功裡に実施します。  
• 全体的な展開戦略とプロジェクトの優先事項に沿った活動の優先順位付けを効果的に実施し、ビジネステクノロジーグループポートフォリオとBAUサービスとの整合性を確保します。  
• Axialプログラム外の既存および新規ITプロジェクトが、Axialプログラム内の製造財務ドメイン/機能領域の全体的なソリューション設計と整合するように責任を負います。
• アーキテクチャチームと協力し、ソリューションとデータ設計がITアプリケーションの戦略的ビジョンと一致するように確保します。  
• 非SAPシステムと統合チームと協力し、ITランドスケープ（内部および外部）における統合要件の有効なデリバリーを確保します。  
• 製造財務能力と広範なプログラムにおいて、最新の業界とSAP機能性を積極的に考慮し、R2Rドメイン領域におけるITエンタープライズビジネスパートナーを積極的に支援します。
• プログラムパートナーと協力し、会社のコンプライアンス基準に従ってソリューション設計の文書化とテストを実施する。  
• 担当領域の活動状況について報告し、RAID項目の計画と管理を行い、エンタープライズドメインに報告する。  
• 適切なガバナンスフォーラムを通じて製造財務機能の設計を推進する  
• プログラムおよびビジネスデータフォーラムにおいて、ITの専門家（SME）およびリーダーとして代表する  

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT solution that underpins the global standard process design for Manufacturing Finance capability / lead area including any integrations.
• Accountable for matching the system design, adopting best practice, to the business capability requirements in Manufacturing Accounting domain.
• Work closely with the business process teams in the process design to ensure alignment with S/4HANA best practice and SAP standard functionality.
• Able to represent Manufacturing Finance process domain on senior internal and external forums as required and support setting the strategic direction contributing any solution/technology opportunities.
• Support the data team to ensure successful definition / migration / creation of data objects that support the global design across the application landscape.
• Ensure effective prioritisation of activities in line with the overall deployment strategy and project imperatives in alignment with Business Technology Group portfolios and BAU services.
• Accountable for the alignment of existing and new IT projects (i.e., those outside the Axial programme) with the overall solution design in Manufacturing Finance domain/capability area within the Axial programme
• Work with the Architecture teams to ensure that the solution and data design align with the strategic view for IT applications.
• Work with the Non-SAP systems and Integration teams to ensure effective delivery of integration requirements across the IT landscape, internal and external.
• Ensure latest industry and SAP functionalities are proactively considered within Manufacturing Finance capability and the wider program, actively supporting the IT enterprise business partner in R2R domain area.
• Work in partnership with programme partners to document and test the solution design in accordance with company compliance standards.
• Report on status of activity to plan and manage RAID items in your area, rolling up to the Enterprise domain.
• Champion the design for Manufacturing Finance capability through the appropriate governance forums
• Represent IT as an SME and leader at respective program and business data forums

資格要件:

• 製造財務領域（コスト管理と利益分析を含む）のビジネスプロセスに関する深い理解（理想的にはライフサイエンス業界での経験）  
• SAP S/4環境と関連するBTP（ビジネス・テクノロジー・プラットフォーム）ソリューション（特に会計・財務モジュール）に関する専門知識  
• SAPおよび関連技術・機能における認定専門家であり、大規模なビジネス変革プロジェクトにおける複雑な設計の実現実績を有する。
• グローバルな複数拠点やビジネス機能横断でのIT変更の成功的な実施能力、技術情報をビジネス用語に翻訳・伝達する能力
• ビジネスとIT領域におけるステークホルダー管理とコミュニケーションスキル、主要なパートナーグループに影響を与える能力
• プログラムチーム横断で協力し、ビジネスとIT用語でコミュニケーションできる強いチームプレーヤー
• SAP S/4HANAにおける会計・財務分野の認定資格
• 内部と外部リソースを組み合わせたハイブリッド環境で、複数の地理的拠点で業務を遂行した経験。
• 複雑なグローバル組織におけるS/4HANA導入プロジェクト（設計から展開完了まで）の経験。

• Strong understanding of business processes in Mmanufacturing Finance domain including Cost Management and Profitability Analysis ideally in a Life Sciences environment
• In depth knowledge of SAP S/4 landscape and associated BTP (Business Tech Platforms) solutions, especially in Accounting & Finance Module
• Recognised SME in SAP and associated technologies and functionalities with a proven track record of delivering complex designs for a large business transformation project.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver IT change across multiple locations globally and/or Business Functions including ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills with Business and IT areas with a demonstrated capability to influence key partner groups.
• Strong team player able to work across the program team and communicate in business and IT terms.
• Certification in Accounting and Finance with SAP S/4HANA
• Worked in a hybrid environment with a mix of internal and external resources in multiple geographical locations.
• S/4HANA implementations for complex global organisations from Design to completion of Deployment

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
