Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Jakarta

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in Indonesia. You will assist sales partners or distributors in direct product sales within these territories, as well as direct all Sales Training efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver annual sales targets, aligned with territory plans and strategies

• Manage distributors to achieve in-market sales targets

• Provide distributor support and monitoring

• Develop new business opportunities and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets, while developing and executing an annual plan to achieve regional objectives

Qualifications:

• University degree (preferably in business, economics, or a technical field)

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in achievement-oriented sales/business development or equivalent, preferably in the medical device/Healthcare field

• Excellent spoken and written English, plus an Asian local language reflective of the countries under your care
