Our client is world leading's Plastics Packaging, we are now looking for potential candidate for;

Position:                    Production Engineer Manager (Kaizen, Improvement)

Salary:                        50,000 - 70,000

Location:                   Amata City Rayong 

Responsibilities:

• Develop a Kaizen model applicable to all departments. 

• Create, planning, and following up Kaizen improvement in all terms of targets.

• Provide training on the methods, processes, and analysis involved in Kaizen activities .Control all process parameter (Man, Machine, Method)

• Trouble shouting for production process and improvement Productivity

• Preparation Layout for new model and management current area for can use full capacity Provide knowledge about machinery-related tasks in Production and develop a training plan.

  • Keep data record and support document work according to working process and ISO 9001 requirement.

  • Coordinate with Global for all kaizen Activity..

Qualifications:                                       

• Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineer or higher in related fields.

• Experience in Kaizen project or Lean project in manufacturing.

• Good command in English (TOEIC score 500 up).
