Company: OEM manufacturer specializes in the development and production of skincare products, particularly face masks.

Location: Samut Sakorn area (Open to negotiation or WFH)

Salary: Up to 150,000 THB

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has mixed knowledge in technical expertise in cosmetic’s formulation, and product development with the skill to convert market trends into successful product concepts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and product development process, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.

• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and product development teams to create innovative beauty and skincare products.

• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop new product concepts.

• Ensure products meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.

• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in the cosmetics and skincare industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the cosmetics/skincare industry.

• Strong understanding of trends, product innovation, consumer needs, and the Asian beauty market.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across local Thai team in R&D, marketing, and product development teams.

• A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.
