We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle of coagulation diagnostics solutions within the Specialty Lab portfolio. You'll shape marketing plans, drive product launches, and collaborate with both internal teams and key opinion leaders to deliver diagnostic excellence.

• Analyze market data and create robust marketing plans based on business targets.
• Develop pricing and segmentation strategies tailored to the Japanese market.
• Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle improvements.
• Engage in cross-functional project management with global and local teams.
• Strengthen relationships with KOLs and support field sales activities.
• Organize and execute seminars, customer events, and digital campaigns.
• Track and manage campaign ROI and budget execution.

• Proven experience in product marketing or product management (medical device, pharma, or diagnostics preferred) in Japan.
• Knowledge of diagnostic analyzers, IVD industry, or clinical testing workflows.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills, ideally in a bilingual or cross-cultural environment.
• Background as a medical technologist or pharmacist is a plus.
