        Our client is Automotive Manufacturing Industries. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               Supply Chain Director 

Location :                               Phantong, Chonburi

Business Type :                    Automotive

Working day :                        Mon – Fri (07.30 – 17.30)

Benefit :

• Total Salary Package: 100,000-120,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

• Allowance :Position, Performance bonus.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Engineer or relate field.

• At least 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management,material planning, Purchasing,production control, warehouse,Import-Export&logistics in Automotive manufacturing.

• Strong in English communication.

• Strong management ,Negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.Have knowledge in ERP MRP,  systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), SCM tools, and MMS system.

• Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and process.

Job description

• Monitor and manage physical control accuracy through daily discipline and cycle count activities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and plans to ensure that departmental goals and establish KPIs that.   

• Works directly with internal and external to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for products transportation to customers.

• Control Supply chain process such as supply chain strategy, cost reduction ,control budget ,customer order management, &Import-Export, customer service, Material &Production Planning ,Warehouse Operation, control Inventory, Logistics& Delivery, control and Manage 3rd WH & Freight Forwarder.

• Assist in the development, standardization and implementation of documentation including process flows, standard operating procedures.

• Motivate ,coaching and supervise Supply chain teams and develop them upon company KPIs and ensure to follow safety rules.

   

• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure sufficient product availability to meet market demand.

• Report for upper management; negotiate shipping and supplier costs, and work to improve the efficiency of the company’s supply chain.
