Description

• Provide support for the core banking solution (Oracle FLEXCUBE) and Oracle Banking Payments

• Participate in Core Banking Evolution projects, including the implementation of new system versions

• Design, implement and maintain web services for Core Banking integration using technologies such as SOAP, RES and XML/ JSON.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integration layers and APIs.

• Setup and customize bank products in FLEXCUBE Core Banking System

• Engage with Core Banking team to suggest improvement and support system enhancements through change request

• Ensure compliance with test process governance standards

• Work closely with system, network and database administrator to install software and perform hardware and software configuration

• Provide on-call support/ standby support for End-of-Day (EOD) operation incidents

• Enhance API efficiency and create documentation for both existing and new APIs

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• 3+ years of work experiences in Core Banking Solution, Oracle FLEXCUBE

   

• Experiences in technical support roles in Banking or API management or software development.

• Experience in the functional workflows of the core banking products like FLEXCUBE or relevant banking domain experience.

• Ability to write functions, procedures, triggers in Oracle are highly considered.

• Good English (work with international customers such as France, India, Vietnam, etc.)
