Our client is the global company which is. Oil & Gas industry, They are hiring potential candidate who have qualification below.

Position:                                   Research & Development (Disinfectant & Surfactant)

Salary:                                     50,000 – 80,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                 Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others                        

Location:                                   Sriracha, Chonburi 

Working Day:                           Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize surfactant and disinfectant formulations aligned with company strategy

• Conduct lab testing to evaluate product performance and efficacy

• Analyze experimental data and propose development directions

• Plan go-to-market strategies for new products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts

• Engage in preliminary market research to understand customer needs and value chains

• Communicate scientific concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or related.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an R&D role within a manufacturing environment, specifically involving product development.

• Possess experience and expertise in developing products relevant to the role, such as personal care products, home care products, industrial and institutional cleaning products, as well as paints and coatings. These qualifications will be considered an advantage.

• Preferably experienced in formulating products in the following industries: Disinfectants, Biocides Surfactants

• Demonstrated success in new product development, including:

  •  Product formulation and application testing

  • Market launch and commercialization

• Good english TOEIC 550+ or EFSET B1 up
