職務内容  

• OpenStackサービス（例：Nova、Neutron、Cinder、Swift）をOpenShiftエコシステム内で活用したソリューションの設計と実装。
• Openshift上で動作するアプリケーションが利用するための、計算、ネットワーク、ストレージを含むOpenStack機能の統合を開発・維持します。  
• Container Storage Interface（CSI）とContainer Network Interface（CNI）ドライバーを調査・実装し、OpenshiftとOpenStackのストレージ・ネットワークを接続します。  
• Openshift内でOpenStackオペレーターを活用・設定し、OpenStackコンポーネントとサービスの管理を行います。  
• アーキテクチャと設計：
• ハイブリッドクラウド環境の全体的なアーキテクチャに貢献し、OpenshiftとOpenStackの相互作用に重点を置く。  
• Openshift内でOpenStackサービスを利用するためのスケーラブルで耐障害性のあるソリューションを設計する。  
• 両プラットフォームの統合に関するベストプラクティスとパターンを確立する。  
• Design and implement solutions that leverage OpenStack services (e.g., Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Swift) within the Openshift ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain integrations for compute, networking, storage, and other OpenStack functionalities for use by applications running on Openshift.
• Explore and implement Container Storage Interface (CSI) and Container Network Interface (CNI) drivers to connect Openshift with OpenStack storage and networking.
• Utilize and configure OpenStack operators within Openshift for managing OpenStack components and services.
• Architecture and Design:
• Contribute to the overall architecture of the hybrid cloud environment, emphasizing the interaction between Openshift and OpenStack.
• Design scalable and resilient solutions for consuming OpenStack services within Openshift.
• Establish best practices and patterns for integrating the two platforms.

推奨資格：  

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administrationまたは同等の認定資格。  
• クラウドプラットフォーム（例：AWS、Azure、GCP）とOpenshiftの統合に関する経験（任意）。  
• テレコム業界に関連するコンプライアンス基準の知識。

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 10 years of experience in managing and administering Linux-based systems.
• More than 12years of experience in Openstack, Storage and Networking.
• More than 6 years of hands-on experience with the Red Hat Openstack platform.
• Extensive knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, CRI-O) and Kubernetes concepts.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing virtualization solutions within Openshift (OVirt or CNV).
• Hands-on experience with virtual machine migration methodologies and tools.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Openshift Data Foundation (ODF) or other software-defined storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices for containerized environments.
• Experience with security tools and practices relevant to Openshift (e.g., vulnerability scanning, network policies, RBAC).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, Bash, or Helm.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Openshift (Optional).
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the Telco industry.
