As an HRIS Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of HR systems strategy-translating complex needs into seamless solutions, optimizing processes, and leading initiatives with Workday and other enterprise tools. • Drive independent HRIS configuration across complex project streams
• Translate business needs between HR and technology stakeholders
• Lead structured communications between HR and leadership teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create scalable, user-driven processes
• Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing
• Maintain global architectural standards and design governance
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including vendor coordination and delivery

必須条件

経験・知識：

• Workdayの専門知識
• SAPやOracleなどの人事システムの知識
• HRIS関連プロジェクトへの参画経験（コンサルとしてでも、インハウスのITとしてでも可）
• Workdayのリクルーティングモジュールの使用経験

技術・業務スキル：

• 非技術系の関係者にもわかりやすく説明できる調整力
• HR部門とIT部門の両方で円滑に業務を進められる柔軟性
• チーム内外での丁寧かつプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーション能力

ソフトスキル：

• コミュニケーション能力（関係者に対し、複雑なソリューションをフレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルに説明できること）
• 自主性、協調性（ナレッジシェアリング）
• プロジェクトマネジメント能力

語学力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• Workdayリクルーティングモジュール認定資格

• 1-3 years of experience with HRIS implementation projects
• Hands-on expertise in Workday, especially in the Recruiting module
• Familiarity with HR platforms like SAP or Oracle

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working within both HR and IT environments
• Professional and friendly communication style in cross-functional teams

Soft Skills:

• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with mentoring instincts
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• English: Intermediate to Business level
• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level

• Workday Recruiting Certification
• Experience in consulting firms or internal IT/HRIS project teams
