Join a leading global life sciences company as a Network Implementation Engineer, where you'll lead the design and secure rollout of network infrastructure supporting vital healthcare operations in Japan. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive reliable and compliant network performance in a multinational environment.

• Design and implement scalable network architectures for enterprise systems

• Manage and maintain physical network devices, firmware, and updates

• Oversee procurement and lifecycle operations for network infrastructure

• Implement and uphold strict security standards including firewall controls and vulnerability assessments

• Serve as escalation point for the network operations team and lead incident response

• Provide on-site support for key projects across Japan

必須条件

経験・資格：

• ネットワークエンジニアとしての実務経験5年以上

• TCP/IP、ルーティング、スイッチング、ファイアウォールの知識
• ネットワークセキュリティツールやプロトコルの専門知識

• 様々な国・文化のメンバーが活躍するチームで協働できること

語学力：

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：流暢

• CCNPなどのネットワーク関連資格

• • ITILインシデント管理の知識・経験

• 規制業界またはオフショアチームとの協業経験
  
  

Experience:

• 5+ years in network engineering roles

• Demonstrated experience with implementation, operations, and troubleshooting

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, and firewall management

• Familiarity with network security protocols and tools

• CCNP certification or equivalent is a plus

• Experience with ITIL Incident Management practices preferred

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lead within a multicultural and cross-functional team

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Project management experience

• Experience working with offshore teams or in regulated environments
