About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of ERP solutions, is seeking a talented Japanese Speaking Project Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage ERP implementation projects and work with a diverse, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee ERP solution projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Identify and address project risks and issues promptly.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly with ERP solutions.

• Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken), requires JLPTN2 or above. 

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
