Japan's largest internet service company is hiring a React/TypeScript Team Lead Engineer (contract) to lead frontend development for high-traffic, scalable web applications. You'll guide a talented team in building performance-optimized, maintainable apps using modern JavaScript architecture. • Lead frontend development using React.js and TypeScript

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable applications

• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and designers

• Drive performance tuning and UI/UX enhancements across platforms

必須条件

経験・資格：

• React.js開発経験3年以上
• テックリードやチームリーダー経験3年以上
• TypeScriptを用いた大規模アプリケーションの構築経験

ソフトスキル：

• 問題解決力、チーム育成力、他部署との調整力
  

語学力：

• 日本語： 日常会話レベル程度
• 英語： ビジネスレベル
  

• アジャイル開発経験
• CI/CDのワークフローの知識
• フロントエンドテスト・フレームワークの知識（JestやReact Testing Libraryなど）
• RESTやGraphQL APIとのバックエンド連携の知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語ができれば尚可

Experience:

• 3+ years developing scalable web applications with React.js

• 3+ years of experience as a team lead or tech lead

• Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture

Technical Skills:

• Agile development experience with CI/CD workflows

• Familiarity with frontend testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library

• Understanding of backend integration (REST/GraphQL APIs)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and mentorship capabilities

• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, collaborative team

• Japanese: Conversational (business-level communication)

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Prior experience in large-scale e-commerce or internet services

• Exposure to design systems and accessibility best practices

• Lead critical frontend projects using React and TypeScript
