- Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Forecast hiring needs and proactively develop talent pipelines with existing team members. Managing end-to-end recruitment process for defined hiring scope time to time.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies primarily for professional and managerial resources as well as leadership level.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting needs, data-based reports, hiring trends, challenges and collaboration across departments.
