職務内容

• アプリケーション・ソフトウェアの設計、開発、導入を中心に、会社の業務に関するITコンサルティングサービスを提供する。
• システム強化を通じてビジネスの効率化を推進し、社内外の問題解決をリードする。
• ビジネスチームと協力し、要件を特定、定義し、技術的ソリューションに変換する。
• アプリケーション開発、文書化、テスト、システムメンテナンスをリードする。
• サポートや運用のための外部ベンダーとのコミュニケーションを取る。
• 受け入れテスト（UAT）を実施し、システムの安定性とデータの整合性を確保する。
• Provide IT consultation services for business operations of the company, focusing on application software design, development, and implementation.
• Drive business efficiency through system enhancements and lead internal/external problem resolution.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify, define, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead application development, documentation, testing, and system maintenance.
• Communicate with external vendors for support and operations.
• Ensure system stability and data integrity while conducting user acceptance testing.

• 流暢な日本語（JLPT　1級）、ビジネスレベルの英語
• 3〜5年のソフトウェアの開発と設計経験（プログラミング言語問わず）
• ERPやエンタープライズシステムなどのデジタルテクノロジーによるビジネス価値の推進に強い関心を持つ方
• IT部門以外とのコラボレーションができる方
• Fluent level Japanese (N1 level) and business level English
• 3-5 years of experience in software development and design using any programming language.
• Strong interest in driving business value through digital technologies such as ERP and enterprise systems
• Ability to collaborate across departments
