- データ統合ツール - Talend、Informatica、IBM Datastageなど。
- アジャイルデリバリーの経験、品質プラクティス、テクニック、テスト自動化、データエンジニアリング/データプラットフォームのすべての側面に必要なツール
- 個人的な属性： 強力な分析スキル、リーダーシップ能力、効果的なコミュニケーション、問題解決能力
- 認定資格： Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)などのAzure認定資格をお持ちの方。
日本語能力: 流暢な日本語レベル（日本語能力試験N1）、ビジネスレベルの英語必須
- 7+ Years of experience to develop and manage Azure development
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, ADP (Automatic Data Processing), Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Link, Azure Cosmos DB), cloud architecture, and best practices
- Data Integration Tools - Talend, Informatica, IBM Datastage, etc.
- Experience in Agile Delivery, quality practices, techniques, test automation and tools required for all aspect of data engineering/ data platforms
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving ability
- Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or similar are highly preferred
- Japanese Languages: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level English required
