Our client is a startup in the entertainment industry.

The Project Director manages high-impact projects in fashion, music, digital content and partnerships. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented and able to coordinate diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major projects like product launches, fashion drops, album cycles, content series and campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, milestones and status reports.
• Act as the central link between creative, marketing, production, tech, business and artist teams.
• Lead planning, scope setting and resource allocation.
• Identify risks solve problems and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure projects meet brand standards and strategic goals.
• Maintain consistency in tone, aesthetics and quality.
• Use project management tools and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years in project management or operations in fast-paced industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with creative or content-centric projects.
• Worked with artists, celebrities or high-profile talent.
• Understanding of fan culture, product launches and brand operations.
• Familiar with IP, licensing or product commercialization.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in digital project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana).
• Fluent in Thai and English
