Job Title: General Manager - Industrial Vehicles (200-250k)

Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) for the industrial vehicles business is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of the company. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet operational standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize output and minimize waste.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the industrial vehicles or related industry.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
