Job Description
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee the repair, installation, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field
- Experience 10 year of Maintenance Department
- Have a management skill
- knowledge in Plastic Industry
