日本最大級のEコマース企業にて、研修・eラーニング教材のビジュアル制作を担当。ビジュアルコンテンツクリエイターとしてPowerPointやAdobeツールを活用して、複雑な情報をわかりやすく、魅力的に可視化していただきます。社内チームと連携しながら、教育の質と効果を高めるコンテンツを作成する、やりがいのあるお仕事です。

主な職務内容

• 教育研修のためのビジュアル教材・eラーニングモジュールの企画・制作
• PowerPoint、Illustrator、Photoshopなどを使用した視覚的に訴求力のあるコンテンツ作成
• 教育資料のブランドガイドラインに従い、作成物の一貫性を維持すること
• 各分野のSME（Subject Matter Expert）との連携（コンテンツ要件の整理、構成設計など）
• タグ付けやテストデータなど、LMS（学習管理システム）向けの最適化作業

• Use PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop to build professional, branded visuals
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into accessible designs
• Ensure consistency with brand standards across all visual learning materials

必須条件
経験・資格：

• 企業向け教材制作、eラーニング、またはビジュアル制作経験1〜3年程度
• PowerPoint、Adobe Illustrator、Photoshopの実務経験
• 企業研修や教育資料の制作実績（ポートフォリオ提出）
• 教育内容を理解し、わかりやすいビジュアルに落とし込む構成力

ソフトスキル：

• マルチタスクをこなしつつ、納期を守って丁寧に作業できる方
• 関係者と積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる協調性のある方

語学力

• 日本語：日常会話レベル以上（コンテンツ理解に必要）
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（社内コミュニケーションに必要

• 教育設計（インストラクショナルデザイン）の知識
• Premiere ProやAfter Effectsなどの動画編集ソフト使用経験
• LMS（学習管理システム）に関する知識

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in visual content creation or educational media

• Skilled in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Strong portfolio of corporate or educational design projects

• Proven ability to simplify complex topics through engaging visuals

• Must currently reside in Japan

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving

• Japanese: Conversational

• English: Business level

• Knowledge of instructional design best practices

• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems)

• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects)

• Understanding of UX/UI in digital learning environments
